COMMUNITY PARK BRICK FUNDRAISER
The Parks and Recreation Committee is raising funds for our Hummelstown Playgrounds, we would like to do some upgrades and needed repairs to the equipment.
- Each brick may contain names only, either of individuals, families, or business.
- Bricks purchased by business may contain the business name only.
- Each brick may contain a maximum of 3 lines of 20 characters per line (spaces/punctuation included)
- Messages “In Honor of” or “In Memory of” please put on the top line and use the remaining two lines for name(s).
- Bricks will be placed at the park indicated on this order form.
- Bricks become the property of the Borough of Hummelstown and will be maintained accordingly.
