Funding is the largest part of this project. Getting the support of the community, local business and any obtainable grants are essential for this project to come together.

One aspect of raising the funds is through a “Buy a Brick” program. The Project offers an opportunity to create a permanent reminder of your generosity and support of the Lafreniere Park Veterans Memorial.

Anyone can be a part of this very special memorial project. You can create a customized brick with the wording and design of your choice to be placed around the Battlefield Cross statue. Your personalized commemorative engraved brick donation etched with your name (or the name of a Service member, company, school, church or organization) will help create a physical lasting tribute to honor a Veteran for generations to come.
