Yes, we do not require a contract, we know you will be completely satisfied with our services, (products, engraving, marketing and customer service!)

Yes, there are no minimum order sizes. Our standard pricing of $19.50 per brick with free shipping requires a minimum order of five bricks.

Our guarantee is limited to the replacement of the bricks at our expense and we do not cover installation.

Strategy & Marketing
4EverBricks art staff prepares a free, custom order form for you. A short five minute call to discuss your program is all we need to start.
We will prepare as many drafts as necessary to assure your complete happiness with the final product. When complete, we will provide a PDF file for you to duplicate an distribute to your donors.
You can send them by email, fax, mail – whichever way is easiest for you!
We have also developed an Excel spreadsheet to allow you to input or proof your bricks prior to production.
You know your donors and their giving habits the best. Every organization and project is unique. Some of our clients charge only $40 for an engraved brick and others charge thousands of dollars for the same size brick.
To maximize your fundraiser’s profitability, we suggest the following: offer donors multiple sizes at different price points, this will give everyone the opportunity to participate.
Offer clip art, logos or custom artwork option at a premium prices.
Offer the larger sized bricks as “Corporate Pavers” to business donors and include their business’s logo. This is great advertising and community awareness for them.

Installation
1. Determine the square feet (length x width) of the area you want to pave.
2. Estimate the number of pavers needed: For 4″x8″ pavers ó 4.5 pavers per sq. ft. Add 5% extra for chipped or broken pavers.
We recommend contacting a local professional for your brick installation. Most organizations use a sand bed installation for the bricks.
This way blank bricks can be easily removed and replaced with engraved ones allowing you to continue your fundraising campaign for years to come.
Not all variability is due to manufacturers using different sizes.
Some is due to variability in the manufacturing process.
In the modern specification, the ‘T1’ tolerance (the least stringent) allows ±3mm in thickness, ±4mm in width, and ±6mm in length. Historically, much more variation can be found.

Fulfillment
Standard ground shipping within the continental US is ALWAYS free with all orders of 30 or more bricks.

Smaller orders are shipped via UPS or USPS in boxes. Larger orders are shipped via freight on a pallet(s).
We have the BEST turnaround time in the industry. Our standard production time is 1-3 weeks and we ship as soon as your order is paid in full.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped and the freight company will make arrangements with you for delivery.
The Sales Channel
Your donors may order through either the free website or free paper order forms for that we provide for you.
Yes, all credit card payments are processed securely.
In addition, all of our websites use secure encrypted data transfer protocols (https) to further protect your donors data. You will know your website is secure by noting the lock in the upper left of your browser’s navigation bar.
Further yet, we provide End-to-end PCI compliance.
WE do not have any charges for the online ordering. The credit charge processors typically charge 2-3% of the transaction amount + 30 cents per transaction.
Production
Depending on the font selected, we suggest 20 spaces per line (including blank spaces, letters and characters).
This is our standard for engraved bricks or tiles without clip art. With clip art we suggest no more than 16 spaces per line for 4″ x 8″ brick or tile.
We can engrave clip art from our huge library for just $9.00 per engraving with no set up fees. For custom logos or artwork send us your high resolution (Preferably black and white no shading) file as an attachment to [email protected].
Depending upon the complexity of the custom logo, there will be a charge of $10-$35 per logo to prepare it for engraving.
You can also offer business donors “Corporate Pavers” and include their logo for a significant premium on the donation amount.
Please note that we can custom design brochures to help you market these premium pavers.
Usually yes; but your organization would be responsible for the cost and logistics to get your bricks to us.
We do require a sample brick for testing to be sure the brick quality meets our engraving standards.
