How to order:
- Fill out the form below completing information you would like engraved on the brick. After hitting submit, you will be taken to a separate form to pay for the donated brick by credit card.
- Click HERE to download a paper order form. Once downloaded, please print, complete in ink and mail, along with your check, to us at the church. Address is on the printed form.

4″ x 8″ bricks can have up to 3 lines of text, 20 characters per line without clip art and 16 characters with clip art.
